AZOTE® Adapt
A completely new range of cross-linked polyethylene foams – XPE – with closed cells, which offer all advantages associated with Zotefoams.
They include the following:
– uniform consistency / evenly distributed density throughout the entire block
– durability / mechanical strength
– extensive preservation of the expected parameters / properties and very little odour.
AZOTE® Adapt combines (in scope of a reserved process) the properties of foam manufactured using autoclaves with the cutting edge blowing agent technology.

For example, the AZOTE® Adapt – LZ40 Matt Black is a durable, resilient, and lightweight foam with uniform consistency throughout the entire block. The uniform density of the entire sheet means that it can be used fully in accordance with the expected properties of the material.
