Our Offer
Orthopaedic foams
Closed-cell thermoplastic polymers:
- PE polyethylene;
- EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate)
- PE / EVA copolymer;
- orthopaedic cork – a composite of EVA and natural cork
These materials are offered in densities of 30-370 kg / m3 and hardness grades of 15-70° Shore A.
Combinations of materials with different properties can be used for both thermoformed and milled insoles.
Materials from this group can be bonded, but they can also be welded / laminated.
Open-cell polymers – specialised polyurethanes (PU) :
PORON
is available in an array of variants in densities from 144 to 320 kg / m3
It is offered in multiple options versions with diverse properties.
These are generally soft materials (from 10° Shore “0”), which provide a sense of comfort.
Catering to individual patient requirements, both “lazy” materials like memory foam and more resilient options are used.
All foams in this group offer high resistance to compression / permanent deformation.
CONFOR
is available in one density of 96 kg / m3 and four softness variants.
Responds to both compression and heat, ensuring comfort by adapting to the patient’s body in an optimal manner. It is used primarily as a material aimed to elevate footwear comfort, in manufacturing of highly specialised orthopaedic mattresses, and in manufacturing of wheelchairs.
