Sylodyn® is a material for vibration protection in suburban and long-distance rail transport, but also for impact sound insulation in floors and stairs, in the foundations of buildings and machines, or for acoustic insulation between walls, floors and ceilings. Sylodyn® is a closed-cell ( non-absorbent / waterproof ) elastomer. Compared to Sylomer®, this material offers better dynamic properties. Five types of Sylodyn® are available as standard, as well as three types of Sylodyn® HRB HS. In the case of special requirements, the material properties can be modified accordingly.
